Chapter- 4 " Death of Rajiv Gandhi was an ordinary bomb blast"

In an ‘ordinary bomb blast’ 15 people died in which one name was Rajiv Gandhi, still his descendant are getting Z-security, and blast was called assassination, beneficiary of the same facilities, Mr rahul Gandhi the ‘youth leader’ claim with no shame that all current bomb blast are ordinary, and can’t be stopped by the government. Because police and other security officials are busy either saving the politician, tolerating black money issues.  Why the hell same guy, stop using security, starts calling his father’s death also an ordinary blast. Stop spending money of the same common man into the investigation of an ordinary blast happened in 1991. Why not we gave him 5 lac rupees as compensation, and ask him to sit back and keep Quiet. Even since 1991 no celebrity, no single politician, no single child of the same died or got injured in any kind of Ordinary blast, train accident or communal riots. But still only they are getting security.
Mr Kapil sibbal, Mr Digvijay singh or Mr P Chidamabram, If attacks are that common, that simple, that insensitive matter then why don’t you all stop using security and all other VIP treatments on the expenses of money taken by that same ‘Common Man’. It’s been almost 20 years since Mumbai started facing major bomb blasts causing loss of crore’s and hundred’s life; Delhi getting targeted not only the common place but even our ‘Sansad Bhavan’ even our religious places like Varansi, Akshar dham tample and so many in the list. Llist is that long that even some of sites stopeed updating them as “
http://www.ndtv.com/convergence/ndtv/story.aspx?id=newen20080058674”.
Not even a single zone is saved from terrorist’s invasion. We lost millions of innocent Indian citizen, some of other ethnicity as well, but no big name, No Politician, not even their family members, Not big celebrities. They simply die with normal diseases like heart attack, sugar etc. Just a simple question on which qualifications Mr rahul is leading the youth? Just because his father and other family members belong to politics. Some of them died in terrorist attacks, Still not sure those were attacks from terrorist or planned with them it self due to politics. And our great youth is also following him. The effects of such kind of “ordinary mishap’ is that they have improvised and improved the security not for common man but the same “VIP’s”, which directly causing high inflation. That common man who pays tax believing that the same tax money will be used for their welfare is being stolen in different ways. Like So many gandhi yojnas, kanshiram  and mayawati yojna, sharad pawar award etc. And inflation is getting high day by day, those politician are getting same facilities and better one, even different kind of appraisals. But common man is paying 77.45 rs for petrol.

Chapter-3: Compulsory exam for being a politician

What is the procedure to be a CEO?  Isn't it simple to say that firstly complete your graduation then crack CAT , XAT ,Snap or any  competitive exam for MBA. Then start working with full motivation keep stepping ahead. And One day you will become the CEO. What if you want to be ACP of any metro city? Again do  graduation give the most difficult exam of the world which his CSAT, followed by Mains and personal interview. Then complete your two year's exhaustive training. Your moral, ethical and social behavior also will be reviewed through moral aptitude. You have to give verification through many NOC from your native police station.
If you want to do any Govt Job then also you have to clear so many exams fulfill so many eligibility criteria. Have to complete all the training given to you that’s also without any fail. Even if you want to do job in some IT firm you have to clear three stages in which first one is written for analytical reasoning , then a group discussion finally a personal interview. This all to just get in to the company, this is to get employed for the payroll of 10-12 k. After getting in you have to complete all the training to be confirmed for the pay roll of 18-24k. And even after that for several promotion you need to go through various exams and internal or external evaluations by your seniors, your reports based on your colleague and junior’s perception about you and also client satisfaction level as well.
But If you want to be a politician who can openly do scams like 2G in which A Raja and team stole around 1l Lac 70 Thousand crore , CWG in which Kalmadi and team stole more then 70 thousand crores  and so many as there is a list which has not any end,  you don’t have to fulfill any training, don’t have to give any exam, don’t have to be even literate. Out of 543 MP’s almost 130 MP’s are there who have not even passed 12th, 70 Mp’s who has not passed 10th class, 22 who has not passed even 5th class.  At a whole they all are indulged in 600 visible criminal cases. And also there some members who are indulged in more then 20 criminal cases as KAMESHWAR BAITHA, AHIR HANSARAJ GANGARAM, CHANDRAKANT KHAIRE, VITTHALBHAI HANSRAJBHAI RADADIYA and so many.  Members like Praful patel with immovale assest of 68 cr and Mr Nama Nageshwara Rao with immovable assets of 168 cr.Please keep in mind that is the the data which is publicaly accepted by our politicians.
Some time you have to be very patient like Mayawati who started her career from a law college of Delhi and become teacher in delhi. Then she joined Kanshi ram. Later on after 1984 till day she has given her whole life to politics and earned a designation of CM in UP and lots of crores.
Also the politician like Jagan Mohan reddy who has become billionaire with in few years. I am talking about him because now a days you just google him can found easily lot of stuff on him all the details on him. So what is the solution  LOKPAL?? Not alone lokpal completely vanish this issue. But Lokapal is surely a very impressive initiative. Because root cause of the corruption is not only the politicians but the procedure also which choose them. The procedure which allows  them all to take part in Elections ,even being illiterate, even being criminal and so many other issues wit them.  Why we don’t have such procedure in which there will be some examination for being eligible for being a politician, Then a proper training and classes for them to understand what is their responsibility and duties towards there designations. And specially status  review after every year.
Hope someday I will really be proud and sure to call our Youth awakening.

Chapter2 : Civil Society

I know there are various pages available on the same topic, even i am copying and pasting the data from those pages (can't skip CCP-'cut copy pate' as i'm IT professional). Its just to clear my own concepts and get to know if my understanding is correct???
Firstly what is the concept behind civil society??  I know Baba Ranchod Das will get angry for my next line as its a definition, no offence... definition reads
"Civil society refers to the arena of unconcerned collective action around shared interests, purposes and values. In theory, its institutional forms are distinct from those of the state and market, though in practice, the boundaries between state, civil society, and market are often complex, blurred and negotiated. Civil society commonly embraces a diversity of spaces, actors and institutional forms, varying in their degree of formality, autonomy and power. Civil societies are often populated by organizations such as registered charities, development non-governmental organizations, community groups, women's organizations, faith-based organizations, professional associations, self-help groups, social movements, business associations, coalitions and advocacy groups "
In simple language Team Anna, which is fighting for Jan Lokpal Bill, Its a shared interest and also collective action, is a civil society.
The civil society in india consist of :
Kisan Baburao Hazare AKA Anna Hazare,
* Shanti Bhushan, former Law Minister of India and a senior advocate
* Arvind Kejriwal, an Indian social activist, also worked as IRS
* Prashant Bhushan, an Indian lawyer, social activist and son of Shanti Bhushan
* Kiran Bedi, also worked as IPS
* Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, serving nation with arts of living
* Baba Ramdev, given yog gyan to world.
* N. Santosh Hegde, Former Lokayukta (Karnataka)

They all are great human being, respected persona and influential also. Now in this era they are fighting for a very revolutionary cause.
So can we join the civil society or better to ask should we join the same. Why should we join? whatever is needed, we are doing. We are supporting Anna, gathering at places, forwarding mails from outlook in office specially post lunch and post evening snacks time. Sending  various texts in support of Anna to all my friends. Updating every movement of Anna and government on our Facebook status, twitter. Even wearing black in office. Yes this is the maximum which we can do? Question which is blowing n my mind like hurricane??? Am i adding something to that society? or I am just managing to write codes with wearing black and having a topi on my think tank. Is that support is enough for creating revolution??

Chapter 1: What i feel about Khan's Kapoor's and Bachhan's

It’s good to see when you guys ( Bolly-tolly-lolly etc wood) come on screen, but seriously isn't it insane that people like us who work real hard do coding and stuff throughout the week even on Saturday and Sundays. Living so far away from our home and family, bloody IT Company’s don’t even provide enough leaves to visit them often. Got every possible education on our own not just because we are the son\daughter of someone who is also son of someone who belong to this field. But climbing every single centimeter of height on our own by fighting a fatal race. But hardly one of us makes to earn in crores. None of us get our opening package as crores not even  lacks after clearing exam’s like IIT, AIEEE, IIM and also completing those degrees facing all big semesters having internals, external and so many other blunders. And any how even we make it to get some job or salary, We pay our salary which we earned giving our blood to IT companies (by writing codes, creating docs and giving Prod Support for someone to whom we even don’t know) to see you guys on screen in which very few flicks are good or creative rest are same BORING STUFF. Please tell me why you guys got that much money and all the luxuries. Why only you guys are in lime light just because you're a khan, kapoor or some bachhan. What special you do to get that high earning. If we simply calculate life time earnings of a guy who study till age of 25 and then go for job, it will be less the amount which they guy gets for a single movie.
There is a simple question for all how many of you know who Pranav Mistry is. Please don’t use Google. And how many of you know to whom we call “bebo”? That is the difference. A guy who did B.Tech from gujrat, completed his MS from MIT and currently a research assistant and a PhD candidate at MIT Lab. You can easily find a lot stuff just a click away.[click on google] He’s not the only one there is a huge list of such guys who are really working hard and doing really productive work. Still earning very few amount.
I know it may sound very negative to give such comparison. And little awkward that i have only taken example of Pranav Mistry who is a technical graduate, and talked about IT professional only (as i also belong to the same) not taken any other examples like Narayan Murthy, Mukesh Ambani, ratan ji Tata even they all were not well qualified but at same time did great for country and achieved great heights. Its because about them everybody knows. And a great system is not great because of only Top level great guys But also with the great help of every little part of the system.
